Our Father, Who arе in heaven!
My thoughts are troubled. My spirit is in sorrow. My heart is with those people who are now in desperate grief. My heart is with those who fight for the victory of light over darkness. My heart is with those who are under shelling. My heart is with those who are wounded or in need of medical assistance. My heart is with those who are in cold, hunger, and thirst. My heart is with those who have lost their property and livelihood. My heart is with those who suffer unspeakably in captivity.
My heart is with all Your children who have suffered and continue to suffer from wars and military conflicts.
Therefore, I ask You, God: grant peace to the whole world! Grant strength to those who fight for peace. Grant patience and protect from death those whose lives are in danger right now. Bring healing to the wounded. Through Your good helpers, provide food, water, and warm clothing to those in need.
Take care of those who have lost the means for a dignified life. Return to their families those who are in captivity. And may hope never fade in their hearts. Enlighten us all with the light of Your Gospel and grant us the gift of love!
Amen.
